We call it the One-Thing Record. 1. **One thing.** The kid picks ONE real thing to build this season. Not five. One. 2. **The record.** They keep their own honest log of it — what they did, what they skipped. It is theirs, not yours. 3. **The monthly look.** Once a month you sit together and they walk you through it. You ask questions. You do not grade. 4. **The long line.** Keep it going. The point is not this month. It is the line across months. That is the whole system. It builds ownership, and ownership is what 升学 and life both quietly reward. 一件事,一份记录,一条长线。 Try it for one season.
