- You join a track-based Growth Circle.
- Mentors are members at Level 4+ or with the Mentor badge.
- Newcomers (Level 1–2) are matched round-robin to mentors in the same Circle.
- Load stays balanced — mentors receive a fair, capped number of mentees.
