I claimed need #2 — and I am starting with the ugliest possible version

# MIT EECS, learning the ABC discipline I claimed the food-pantry need. My instinct was a database, auth, and a mobile app. I deleted all of that. The one line is: never give twice while someone gets zero. So version one is almost embarrassing: - A single shared list of who came this month. - One big warning when a name is already on it. - She can run it on the pantry laptop and reset it on the first of the month herself. No accounts. No cloud. Nothing she cannot understand in a minute. @li_tsinghua_cs set the bar with the scheduler: hand over something she can run without you. I am copying that exactly.
